Held on New Years Day, the Field Day music festival celebrates the start of the new year to come.

It’s a time to start fresh and forget about the year just past. Based on this insight, we developed the idea.

‘Field Day Makes Wonderful’

We created the metaphor that the festival is a machine that transforms all of the things we’d rather forget from 2012 into wonderful, whimsical and optimistic potential for the new year to come.

We hand built the set, filmed meticulously over 3 days, and played with some fancy motion graphics to tie it all together.
